Desde el jueves 19-11 por la tarde estoy sin internet y hasta hoy viernes 20-11sigo sin tener el servicio
Llevo horas desde la mañana tratando de comunicarme con ellos y nada. Las clases de mis hijos bien gracias, tuve que gastar en saldo para el internet
Los mensajes WhatsApp me dejan en visto ya les deje mi nombre de cuenta y nada
Les marco a los 2 únicos números que tienen y jamás contestan
Ya les mandé correo y nada
No es la primera vez que me quedo sin internet y cuando les pido ayuda no recibo respuesta de ustedes
Pero está vez si se pasaron ya más de 24hrd
Viene el fin de semana y sin internet sin alguna solución de ellos
Eso sí, son buenos para vender y atender a futuros clientes y del internet muy bien pero en problemas técnicos ni sus luces.
Muy mal el soporte técnico, bueno si es que tienen
