★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hostel, offers anything you need including a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The installations are clean and pretty, the location is perfect to explore the city. What I enjoyed most was the lovely staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Booked three nights in a double through Expedia. Told them when I’d arrive. Got there and they wouldn’t even open the door. They told me the owner was on his way to sort out the reservation (which I’d already paid). Half an hour went by. They assured me (from behind the closed door) that he was walking up the hill. After an hour I gave up and rang round local hotels and checked in elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A smaller hostel (20 beds) with a friendly staff, just a few blocks from the Centro, that does the important things pretty well - comfy beds, hot showers, good baths, good kitchen, free brekkie including eggs. There is a small common area next to reception with couches and a narrow bar with stools, and the staff spent a lot of time there watching TV. The rooftop terrace has a larger bar but with uncomfortable chairs, so co-working was a challenge during my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place I’ve stayed at during my solo trip in Mexico. Carlos the manager and the lady who helps managing the hostel were very helpful and cooperative. I forgot my bag in the hostel and they collaborated with a driver to drop it to me. I’ll stay here again if I come back. And also the lady is a huge plus to practice your Spanish xD she’s very conversational and sweet to talk with

I was put in a smelly room with male construction workers. The hostal is not attended during the night so you can imagine how a solo female traveller might have felt. I asked for a refund as I did not stay but the owner didn't cooperate, honestly upset by the lack of compassion and understanding in such a situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good. The owner is friendly. There is hot water and a terrace. The bed is comfy.
The kitchen could be better equipped. The pans are old and need time and strength to be cleaned. The included breakfast is cereals, milk, eggs and bread, unfortunately nothing to put on the bread like marmelade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing stay there, the staff is so friendly and helpful. You really feel like at home. Very good breakfast, TV with Netflix and sofas to chill. Close to a square with awesome food. If you go there, keep the family spirit!
