Asistieron el 5 de julio a hacer la revisión y ya van dos meses que no han realizado la visita y en sus condiciones dice que el tiempo de reparación no será más de 30 días hábiles. Y ya cobraron el anticipo y para agendar su visita no avisan, programan y no llegan, los he tenido que buscar e incluso el encargado no da respuesta. Pésimo servicio al cliente en todos los niveles.
Very bad customer service. They attended the review on July 5 and it has been two months since they have made the visit and in their conditions it says that the repair time will not be more than 30 business days. And they have already collected the advance and to schedule their visit they do not notify, they schedule and they do not arrive, I have had to look for them and even the manager does not give an answer. Terrible customer service at all levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nada recomendable, le cambiaron el motor a mi caminadora y en una semana nuevamente falló les estuve pidiendo revisión ya que nos dieron garantía y jamás asistieron había que estar buscándolos e insistiendoles quedaban en un dia y una hora y nunca llegaron.
Terrible service, not recommended, they changed the motor in my treadmill and in a week it failed again, I was asking for a review since they gave us a guarantee and they never attended, we had to be looking for them and insisting they were left in a day and an hour and they never arrived.

Al principio me espante por las opiniones anteriores, pero supero mis expectativas, repararon mi eliptica y quedó mucho mejor. Un precio justo y un trabajo de primera, muy amables y atentos. Tardaron un poco más de lo esperado pero valió la pena, parece nueva. ❤️❤️

At first I was scared by the previous opinions, but I exceeded my expectations, they repaired my elliptical and it was much better. A fair price and a first class job, very friendly and attentive. It took a little longer than expected but it was worth it, it looks brand new. ❤️❤️

They took the motor from the treadmill, charged half the cost of the fix and disappeared. It's amazing that this page is still standing and people falling.
