Yo rente una camioneta para mí familia y la verdad está es la 4 ves que rento con ellos y es muy buen servicio ningún detalle en las unidades muy buen estado y sin ninguna falla muy buen servicio próximo año si dios quiere vuelvo a rentar con ellos Mario friend recomendables

Excelente trato .. excelente el auto que nos dieron .. como .no había auto pequeño nos dieron una camioneta x el mismo precio.... nos regresaron sin problemas el deposito .... todo el proceso fue muy rápido y sencillo. Customer service was ok and the reason I had decided to go with this company was the competitive pricing, these are the reasons I am leaving the 3 stars. My experience wasnt the greatest as I Rented a 7 passenger van that didn't have working AC. They came to where I was staying and exchanged the vehicle. Second van worked but seemed to be an older model that I hoped the entire 8 days I had it that it wouldn't have mechanic failures. Make sure to take lots of pictures and video of how the vehicles condition is when you receive it as this company looks very closely for scratches or hits and I was told any that were found they would charge me the 10% the insurance doesn't cover. I've never worked with a company that seems to care so closely for small scratches.

This is the best place to rent a car in Cancun!! Absolutely 5 stars. We have used them three times already. Very professional, honest, and prices are firm, no hidden fees. They will pick you up from airport and will drop you after the return. I wish all the rental companies would be like JM CAR. Muchas gracias por su excelente servicio :)

Great service. Staff was very friendly. It was easy to get quotes over WhatsApp and do the payments. It was cheaper than any other options, with all the necessary insurances needed in Mexico. With so many salesmen outside the airport harassing you to buy from them or direct you in so many ways, it was nice to have a spot to aim for and ignore them all, knowing that you had the best deal and were in good hands. Got picked up from the airport right away and went to get the car. Did the usual things like getting a deposit down, showing your license, and checking the car for paint chips and cracks. No hidden fees, no surprises, like you might get at other places. The car was an Aveo, A/C worked very well and fast in a hot climate, and the only downside is that it did not have plugs for charging your phone. I brought my lighter charger, so that worked well. Car ran smoothly and had no issues. On return, car was checked to see if I had enough gas on it ( you need to leave at least as much as when given to you) and making sure you didn’t give it any new scratches. This took two minutes. Then was driven in the same car to the airport, so I didn’t have to unload my bags. That was nice. Airport is very close, maybe 5-6 minute drive

We had a really good experience with JM car rental, Ibett was very professional and the friendly woman on the reception who do the pickup process. Very easy to return the car no issues no hidden fees. Insurance was included. Deposit been given back to me on my debit card on time.
