Job has consistently made himself available at a moments notice for all our requests, including property showings, contract negotiations, home inspection, contractor/architect possibilities and escrow closing dates. Job goes above and beyond your average sales agent. He also has a number of local connections that have helped us with health insurance, immigration status, and other importation issues. I have purchased six properties over the years, and Job is by far the best real estate agent I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him.
