Tuvimos unamuy buena experiencia, excelente atención del amigo y agente de ventas Óscar, y así mismo de los instaladores, muy amables, trabajan muy bien, muy limpios, incluso detallan el producto para que queda al ?. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención al cliente, les compre en dos ocasiones, la primera unos juegos infantiles de +80k pesos para la empresa con la que trabajo y la atención fue muy buena, de hecho bastantes insistentes a la hora de vender.
En cambio cuando le compre dos bancas de 8 mil pesos cada una, me mandan mal la cotización, me la cambian días después con un monto de IVA agregado que no venía en la primera cotización, me pospusieron 3 semanas la entrega de los bancos, y cuando llegan a dejar los bancos el personal de flete es el personal más grosero y desagradable con el que he trabajado en toda mi vida.
NO los recomiendo a menos de que se gasten arriba de 100,000 pesos, solo asi los van a tratar bien.
Terrible customer service, I bought them twice, the first one some children's games of + 80k pesos for the company I work with and the service was very good, in fact quite insistent when it came to selling.
On the other hand, when I buy two banks of 8 thousand pesos each, they send me the quote wrong, they change it days later with an added VAT amount that did not come in the first quote, they postponed the delivery of the banks for 3 weeks, and when they get to leave the banks the freight staff are the rudest and nastiest staff I have ever worked with in my life.
I DO NOT recommend them unless they are spent over 100,000 pesos, only then they will treat them well.
