Que te pidan como prospecto, que tú les llames, deja claro la calidad de servicio que ofrecen.
Si no te tienen como cliente y no se esmeran, no sé qué podría esperar en caso de ser un usuario de los servicios que ofrecen.
A school that does not answer the phone at noon; it seems that in case of urgency they don't answer either.
That they ask you as a prospect, that you call them, make clear the quality of service they offer.
If they don't have you as a customer and they don't take care, I don't know what to expect if you are a user of the services they offer.
