A decir verdad sería adecuado que el barbero que atiende, tome algún seminario o curso (verdadero) para capacitarse y realmente cobrar por cortar cabello; no sé si aprendió por videos o se aventuró sin saber. Solo acudí en una ocasión por cuestión de tiempo ya que no tenía otro lugar.
Very poor quality ... To tell the truth, it would be appropriate for the barber who attends, to take a seminar or (real) course to train and really charge for cutting hair; I don't know if he learned from videos or ventured without knowing. I only went once for a matter of time since I had no other place.
