Burger are good, but nothing special. Pommes are a little to long in the friteuse.

Do not eat here the worst hamburger ever in the world. It tastes really bad plus really bad meat. No coman aqui la verdad estan horribles las hamburger. Muy mal savor y muy mal carne.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE! I ordered a breakfast plate and a few hours after my flight I was so sick. They served me undercooked bacon, I never been so sick in my life.

Can’t believe it… over 9 persons waiting and only 1 attending ! Yes ONLY ONE taking orders AND preparing the burgers ! Just incredible…. This lack of continence ok the owner/manager what ever.

One of the worst burgers I've ever eaten. Just tasteless meat and bun was spongy as if it was a few days old. Wish I checked the reviews beforehand. Girlfriends salad was awful too. Pepsi tasted weird. Do not eat here, overpriced garbage.

TERRRRRRIIIBBBLLLLEEE! Was told it would take 20 minutes when I ordered chicken tenders, 1/2 fries and 1/2 onion rings and a shake. I was number 45. WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED. After 40 minutes and me seeing my tenders and fries just sitting back in the basket cooked and getting cold as the girl was calling numbers 55 and 56 orders up. She calls to the cook and says where is 45 and 48? He angrily throws a few tenders and French fries in the container and sends it up to the front. So, I tell the girl, when I'm told 20 minutes and I patiently wait for 40 by God the order better be right. Send it back and give me my onion rings as well. Poor lady and her grandson next to me were number 48. They waited just as long. She was just as angry. Who owns this location? Where is corporate? Absolutely ridiculous! Look at all of these horrible reviews! Kick this place out of the airport and put in a chain that demands service that reflects positively on the corporate name. Have some pride in your airport, Guadalajara and demand better!

?Very bad service, I ordered a burguer, fries and drink. Pepsi taste awful I replaced it to 7up and same thing. After my burguer ready, the meat wasn't cooked well I told them to cook another one well done and they gave me the same thing, see picture. 2 people working only and with attitude ? spend a lot for a bad meal. I ended up ordering pizza from the next shop it was delicious ??

Took 20 minutes for the order. MUST HAVE EXACT CHANGE!!! They will keep your change if not. Only give you 2 small napkins.
