Johnny Rockets - 77500 Cancún

I was excited to walk up & see Johnny Rockets at La Isla. Last time I ate at J-Rock was in Tokyo, years ago. The rolling oldies decor is a delight. The restaurant is clean & service is excellent. While I do eat meat I prefer veggie burgers because one never really knows what goes into ground beef. :-O I was thrilled to see J-Rock had veggie patty on the menu, but the idea of it turned out to be better than the taste unfortunately; no chomp to it; the flavour & texture was like a ground up herb salad. I would have been in my glory if was a BEYOND Meat patty, but it wasn't. I did make a suggestion to the server & wrote BEYOND MEAT down on a napkin for her to give to her manager. The burger would have been so great otherwise. They prepped me a new sandwich with chicken. I ate that instead. (Oh & those ONION RINGS = perfection.) The place is very clean & fun atmosphere. The red & chrome - cheerful. (Great place for friends, families & couples.)

If you’re looking for the best burgers in Cancún, you’ve found them. Great service from the staff and the food was marvelous. Personally I’d recommend the #12, but I’m sure any option will be great.

Perfect place to get a taste of American food! Food was great! Burgers were delicious, fries and onion rings were great and Esteban our waiter was fast and attentive. Highly recommend Johnny rockets!

I had the original hamburger + Phillip cheese steak. Burger was a little dry and not seasoned too well but still turned out pretty good. Phillip cheese steak wasn't good at all. Dry and bland. The place is a little too expensive for the quality you get

Delicious from their fries, to their malts and burgers. Great service also - however, you do pay for it (extra tax added at the end)!

One of the best burgers I've had anywhere and I'm from England. Throughly enjoyed the smokehouse double stack along with onion rings and fries

Very nice restaurant with an old retro style. Good variety of food and milkshakes. Service is served quite fast.
