Primero realice mi pedido con un "cupón de descuento" posteriormente no aplicó dicho cupón, acudí al chat de ayuda para cancelar la orden, supuestamente la cancelaron pero al tratar de recibir mi reembolso hasta la fecha no la he recibido, Esto fue el día 18 de dic 21, al entrar al chat la chica que me atiende Dulce Muciño siempre me da la misma información de que el reembolso ya fue realizado mandando datos de su plataforma Adyen y jamás hacen tal reembolso. No le puedo dar a la plataforma menos estrellas. Decepcionante y pésimo servicio!! ! THEY ARE RAKES, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM! I do not recommend the application, they are thieves in every sense of the word. No usen esta app, cualquier ahorro se elimina con los problemas de una orden mal entregada.
