★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal service! I booked morning of right before heading to the airport, they were so efficient in scheduling me in. The place is so adorable. Has boho chic vibes. Immaculately clean. My nail artist was Areli, she was absolutely amazing. Shaped my nails oval shape, and got it perfect. The owner seems to be very involved with attending to her customers, as well as her staff. They also offered me a coffee, tea or water upon arrival. I had a cold sparkling water as I had my nails done. I was also able to pay with credit card. Next time I’m in playa, I will absolutely be returning.

I was on a mission to get a pedicure today and was actually heading for a different nail salon. While walking, the bottom of the sky fell out, a torrential down pour. I just happened to walk by this place first so I stopped to ask if they took walk-ins or were appointment only. I was completely drenched — dripping wet from head to toe. The lovely ladies working immediately offered me a dry towel and a selection of hot teas to choose from.
Joanna did a fabulous job on my classic pedicure, from the foot scrub and massage, to trimming and shaping my nails. And the paint job is impeccable! Thank you for your professional quality service. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little salon with amazing customer service, something you don’t see much in Mexico. The nail techs are English speaking, attentive and professional. The place is clean and they follow safety protocols. Prices are almost equivalent of the one in US but it’s worth it. I’ll go back soon for my mani as I did pedi there.
