Me hubiera gustado que los asientos en la sala de espera estuvieran limpios. Sí hay gel y tapetes sanitizantes para entrar a la misma. Subió a 130mxn (22-4-2022) los asientos en la sala de espera siguen sucios o manchados. Fué relativamente rápido el servicio aunque no lo hacen a detalle: me dejaron rines sin limpiar y bichos aún en el capó. I paid a 120mxn golden package (they do charge by card) where it says they wash the chassis, but I didn't see that happen. Standard carwash service, nothing extraordinary. I would have liked the seats in the waiting room to be clean. Yes there is gel and sanitizing mats to enter it. It went up to 130mxn (4-22-2022) the seats in the waiting room are still dirty or stained. The service was relatively fast, although they do not do it in detail: they left me with uncleaned wheels and bugs still on the hood.

Acudi un día miércoles a las 11am y si habian cera de 4 o 5 autos adelante de mi, pedí el servicio más completo con lavado, encerado y aspirado (incluso la cajuela), en total fueron 40 minutos y pagué $250 aproximadamente más la propina para el chico que le dio detallado al auto. Eso si, pagas desde el inicio en la ventanilla y una vez que el auto ha pasado por los rodillos automatizados, te diriges a la sala de espera con clima, sillones cómodos, conectores para cargar el celular o trabajar en la compu, una televisión de pantalla plana y una máquina de refrescos. Cuenta con vegetación y lugar amplio. Incluso cuentan con los sillones negros masajeadores por $pago con monedas. A un costado se encuentra una tienda de tortas de cochinita y cerca también tortas de lechón. Un lugar al que regreso seguro por la rapidez y buena calidad en el servicio, pues es difícil encontrar un carwash automatizado y con detallado de interiores. Tip: si tienes mucha prisa, puedes pedir el servicio rápido, que es lavado en exterior y secado, seguro te lleva cerca de 20 o 25 minutos. Fast and safe service. Le dije que siempre me cobran $120 y el insistió que era $130 por ser suv. Es un Nissan kicks. No un suv. No le importó prefirió perder el cliente por $10. Que inteligente el dueño que tiene un genio como este de gerente. El acabado del coche, en mi experiencia, depende mucho de la persona que lo realice. Creo que en general si se podría mejorar. El hecho de que sea tan rápido el servicio implica que no detallan demasiado como para ser 5 estrellas. Sería un punto a favor que pudieran incorporar aromatizantes en los carros (otros lavaderos lo tienen) aunque sea con un costo extra. I regularly come to this laundry room. The service is good and fast and it has very good waiting facilities. The finish of the car, in my experience, depends a lot on the person who does it. I think that in general it could be improved. The fact that the service is so fast implies that they do not detail too much to be 5 stars. Con el tema de limpieza del vehículo, considero que se deben de esforzar un poco más en el Interior del vehículo ya que no siempre queda bien. La atención muy buena. First of all it was early am 8:35 am who wants anyone yelling in your face, repeatly. Second of all the Manager comes out finally to explain. I wanted Gold Car wash ok he says 120 give me my money I gave the 500peso and finally went through got change once out.. Getting a car wash shouldn't be tramactic especially first thing in morning without my coffee OMG ?
