We wanted to memorialize our family's first vacation in Playa de Carmen with a photo shoot. Jorge perfectly captured our experience in Mexico with expertly done photographs at a very reasonable rate. Though the location of the shoot was a bit of a walk, it was well worth it in the final product. He found a beautiful private beach with white sand, emerald water and a perfect sunset. Our photos are stunning and reflect both Jorge's eye for detail and creativity. We cannot wait to share them with friends and family.

Jorge was very flexible and pleasant to work with. He was very patient with us, as it was our first time taking professional pictures. The photoshoot was fun and the result (the photos) was simply amazing! If I am in Cancun again, I will be hiring Jorge one more time! A job well done!

I booked Jorge Rodrguez Photography to take family pictures on the beach while we were visiting Playa Del Carmen. From the very first email I sent, Jorge was quick to respond and his interactions were so pleasant. He maintained great communication with me before the photo session so that we knew exactly where to go. During the session, he gave our family great direction and was so kind and fun to be around. We did get some rain during the session, but Jorge made the most of it and compensated for the lost time with some extra pictures in our gallery. The pictures we got back are gorgeous. He did a great job editing and the coloring was beautiful. I would highly, highly recommend him as a photographer.

Many people buy digital cameras and call themselves photographers -- but Jorge is not that - he is truly a gifted photographer. The day we had arranged for a family photo shoot the wind was BLOWING 40mph and light rain. I was so upset that it was futile effort to even attempt pictures, but Jorge knew little tricks for fixing hair and dresses and walking the right direction to keep wind from ruining pictures. I was hoping for one good picture - we got 40! I highly recommend Jorge. He does good poses, watches for hand placement, fixes awkward positions and his photographs were high quality. Easy to communicate with even from different country.

Jorge was outstanding! My fiance and I were both new to having professional photos taken and Jorge guided us from start to finish on posing, good backdrops, etc. He was respectfully directive, patient, and professional. He came all the way to our resort and worked with what he had and the photos returned were marvelous! His pricing was great too. Very happy with the experience and would certainly recommend.

Jorge was wonderful for our engagement shoot! He has been very responsive through the entire process. He was professional and on time. We had a rainy day for an outdoor photo shoot and he waited for the rain to slow down and was able to get in a ton of great pictures in a short time frame before the rain picked up again. Both me and my fiance had no experience doing a photo shoot before and he directed us and made us look and feel so comfortable. The pictures were provided to us in about 3 weeks which is under the 4-6 weeks he promised. And they look wonderful! We booked him again for our wedding next year!

My husband's entire family took a trip to Playa Del Carmen for Thanksgiving. We wanted to have family photos done since it's rare that all 25 of us are together. I found Jorge through a Google search, and am so glad I did. Jorge arrived early so we had plenty of time for photos before the sun went down. Unfortunately, our resort was extremely slow and uncooperative when it came to getting him the day pass to take our photos. That got us a little flustered, but Jorge was extremely kind and professional through the whole process. We ended up with some great photos. He's good at posing large groups as well as getting candid shots (the candid photos of the 14 grandkids are my favorite). He really went above and beyond of what I expected. His communication was great through out the entire process. Before we went to Mexico, he had me fill out a questionnaire to get to know us better and find out what kind of photos we preferred. He always replied to my emails/messages very promptly, both before and after the shoot. We received our photos within the expected time frame after the session. I would definitely recommend Jorge to anyone looking for beautiful photos while on vacation.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Jorge and his team were such a pleasure to work with from day one. Our wedding as postponed and had a lot of changes between us booking him in 2019 and eventually having our wedding in 2021. He was really patient and understanding the whole time. We received so many compliments and praise form our guests after the wedding about how thorough and invested his team was during our wedding. They got every shot they could, but in a non invasive manner. The photos were well worth the wait.. they were exceptional and everything we wanted. Not only was the quality of the photos spectacular, but they really captured our moments, the love, joy, and fun present on our day. My husband was skeptical about paying for a photographer (he is very reasonably priced too) but he has said over and over about how happy he is that we did. We will cherish them for the years to come. Thank you SO much!
