★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tengo mas de 3 años comprando con Ustedes, (estos 2 ultimos pedidos en seis meses anteriores) han sido un pesimo servicio, entiendo que la pandemia ha cambiado mucho la situaciacion pero dejaron caer el servicio y atencion a los clientes, espero que alguno de los dueños tengan el conocimiento y puedan atender mi queja. Ya que la alta calidad de los productos se desmerita en la pobre atencion.
I have been shopping with you for more than 3 years, (these last 2 orders in the previous six months) have been a terrible service, I understand that the pandemic has changed the situation a lot but they dropped the service and customer service, I hope that some of the owners have the knowledge and can address my complaint. Since the high quality of the products detracts from the poor attention.
