★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de limpieza de piscinas, las chicas que programan son groseras, primero te confirman que el servicio será a cierta hr y luego cuando marcas para pedir información te gritan y son groseras diciéndote que si a ti (cliente te interesa) otro día vuelvas a solicitar el servicio y que no tienen control de sus citas y horarios, la persona que ve la logística se Nota que no sabe nada del tema ni la atención ni servicio del cliente. Me molesto mucho el comentario "luego nos marca y reagende su cita", que horror yo soy cliente y afortunadamente tenemos más oferta que el pésimo servicio de piscinas barroso. ASCO DE SERVICIO! Jamas lo contraten!!!!!
Lousy pool cleaning service, the girls who program are rude, first they confirm that the service will be at a certain hr and then when marks to ask for information they yell at you and they are rude telling you that if you (customer are interested) another day you will return to Request the service and that they have no control of their appointments and schedules, the person who sees the logistics will notice that he does not know anything about the subject nor the attention or service of the client. I am very upset at the comment "then mark us and reagende your appointment", what a horror I am a client and fortunately we have more offer than the lousy pool service muddy. DISCOUNT OF SERVICE! Never hire him !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me comuniqué a una sucursal de Barroso (no sé cuál, me dieron un número) donde se supone que dan asesoría y servicio de limpieza de albercas. La que me contestó, una doña bastante enojada con la vida. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, gritándome que yo no sabía y ni tenía la certeza de qué tiene mi alberca, lo cuál es verdad, pero no me dejó ni explicar qué tiene mi alberca! A todo me decía, "imposible! No puede tener tantas pastillas de cloro!, imposible! No puede tener esa capacidad, imposible! No puede estar filtrando tantas horas!" el punto es, si no me vas a dejar hablar para explicarte, cá-lla-te y aprende que del cliente comes. Muy mal, no recomiendo para nada el servicio. Anteriormente ya me había pasado algo similar con Barroso.
I contacted a branch of Barroso (I don't know which one, they gave me a number) where they are supposed to provide advice and pool cleaning services. The one who answered me, a lady quite angry with life. AWFUL SERVICE, yelling at me that I didn't know and wasn't even sure what my pool had, which is true, but it didn't even let me explain what my pool had! He told me everything, "Impossible! It can't have so many chlorine tablets! Impossible! It can't have that capacity, impossible! It can't be filtering for so many hours!" the point is, if you're not going to let me talk to explain, shut up and learn what you eat from the customer. Very bad, I do not recommend the service at all. Something similar had already happened to me before with Barroso.
