★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son poco atenciosos , el encargado primero me tuvo esperando unos 5 min mientras hablaba por teléfono. Ya que terminó le pedí información de los productos que necesitaba para una alberca y la cotización de los mismos, comenzó a explicarme y en eso entra otro cliente, el encargado se voltea y me pregunta si puede atenderlo , me pareció extraño, pero dije que si, pensando que compraría alguna cosa específica y sería rápido, pero resultó que necesitaba asesoría profunda sobre algo de su alberca y el tipo me olvidó y se puso a explicarle todo con lujo de detalle y yo ahí parado. Me molesté y le pedí que por favor me enviara la información a mi correo, se lo pasé por escrito y la cotización NUNCA LLEGÓ.
They are not very attentive, the manager first had me waiting for about 5 min while he was talking on the phone. After I finished I asked him for information about the products he needed for a pool and the quote for them, he began to explain to me and another customer comes in, the manager turns around and asks if he can take care of it, it seemed strange, but I said yes , thinking that I would buy something specific and it would be quick, but it turned out that I needed deep advice about something in his pool and the guy forgot me and started explaining everything in great detail and I stood there. I got upset and asked him to please send the information to my mail, I passed it to him in writing and the quote NEVER ARRIVED.

Mr. Barroso, your employees at this branch have a very bad mood, if you have clerks at the customer service desk, couldn't they be nicer? They are quite rude.
