★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jose cuervo is a very tourist driven distillery. It is polished and squeaky clean. The tour was somewhat informative but even though it is a working distillery, I would be hesitant to actually think that much of the 50000 litres per day (or week, can't remember) actually comes through here like they suggest. Interesting enough but worth 240 pesos I'm not sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in Tequila, Jalisco, you should definitely go to the Jose Cuervo distillery and take a tour and do a tasting. We opted for the professional tasting, it was amazing and we had a private tasting and tour guide. Because of the distillery, the entire town smells of sweet agave and will leave you with memories for a lifetime. Enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is definitely worth the visit if you’re heading to this part of Mexico. The distillery is awesome, it’s amazing seeing and learning about how the agave gets processed and turned into tequila. The town centre is very vibrant with the Mexican coloured flags hung everywhere. There are some other very nice boutique shops on the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The history behind the making of Jose Cuervo tequila was an amazing experience to learn and see how its made. We did the basic tour but there are other tours available also. Our tour included the a history video to watch, tour of the process of making of there tequila, taste tequila, taste margaritas and make sure to bring your camera for great pictures.
