★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo... me llamarón diciendo que me había ganado algo por la parte bancaria al hacer uso de mi tarjeta de crédito.
Asistí, al Holiday Inn en Toluca, entendí que era por parte de mi banco, sin embargo, por mensajes posteriores recibidos, entendí en algún momento yo tuve o debí que haber aceptado en algún sitio, el uso de mi información y ahora una empresa me llamaba.
Como quiera que sea, me citaron para "recoger mi premio" el que por cierto, dijeron sería un reloj inteligente , bocinas bluetooth, etc.
Al asistir, me citarón a una hora, llegué y antes de pasar... y noté que estaban recibiendo a personas con gold o black card, antes de mi, a pesar de que yo hubiera llegado antes, a ellos los metían en habitaciones privadas para ofrecer sus servicios o venderles un servicio mejor.
A mi, me dejaron en espera por casi una hora, para que al final, únicamente me dieran "un cupón de viaje" el cual, si estaba en disposición de usar, pues tenía en puerta un viaje con mi familia, sin embargo, llamé 3 veces en los horarios establecidos por una semana y jamás contestaron.
No pierdan su tiempo ni dinero en asistir a esta agencia, tienen una pésima organización. Adjunto evidencia:

When I attended, they made an appointment for me at one hour, I arrived and before passing... and I noticed that they were receiving people with gold or black cards, before me, even though I had arrived before, they were put in private rooms to offer their services or sell them a better service.
They left me on hold for almost an hour, so that in the end, they only gave me "a travel coupon" which, if I was willing to use it, because I had a trip with my family at the door, however, I called 3 times at the established times for a week and they never answered.
