Llegue y pedí dos paletas, que se tardaron una eternidad en entregarme, a pesarde que la señorita me estaba atendiendo a mi personalmente, después de eso, pasamos a pagar con tarjeta, y tras repetirles multiples veces que el chip esta desactivado, se aferraron a pasarla 7 veces (que evidentemente no funciono), hasta que ya finalmente la metieron a la terminal, oh sorpresa, no habia servicio, por lo que tuve que ir al cajero a retirar el dinero (que se hubiera evitado el tiempo perdido si desde el inicio me hubieran hecho caso). Ya cuando finalmente me entregaron mis dos paletas, estaban todas derretidas. Personal poco capacitado y grosero. 40 pesos por paleta de los que me arrepiento mucho.
 The experience leaves a lot to be desired. I arrived and asked for two popsicles, which took forever to deliver, even though the lady was attending to me personally, after that, we went to pay by card, and after repeating multiple times that the chip is deactivated, they clung to spend it 7 times (which obviously didn't work), until finally they put it in the terminal, oh surprise, there was no service, so I had to go to the ATM to withdraw the money (which would have avoided wasted time if from the start they would have listened to me). By the time my two popsicles were finally delivered, they were all melted. Untrained and rude staff. 40 pesos per pallet which I regret very much.
