Yo llegué para recuperarme de mi operación de rodilla y me ha dado muchísima fuerza y sobre todo confianza a la hora de intentar hacer los ejercicios. Altamente recomendable ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super buena instructora y muy comodo el lugar, casi 5 años haciendo pilates reformer y Tania (JOY) es la mejor que he tenido (y he tenido varias). Excelentes clases, siempre variadas, absolutamente lo recomiendo. Maravilloso para rehabilitarse, tengo 2 cirugias de columna y estoy muy bien gracias al pilates reformer Joy.
Super good instructor and very comfortable place, almost 5 years doing pilates reformer and Tania (JOY) is the best I've had (and I've had several). Excellent classes, always varied, I absolutely recommend it. Wonderful to rehabilitate, I have 2 spine surgeries and I am very well thanks to the Pilates reformer Joy.

Because I have cervical hernias it is delicate for me to exercise, however thanks to the care and exercise modifications that Tania, the instructor, has given me, my back, shoulders and arms have been strengthened, thus helping to reduce and even eliminate the pain due to when suffering, I highly recommend
