★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opción para descansar y permanecer a dormir con la Familia o amigos justo frente a la playa a escasos metros de la orilla del mar. Cuenta con todos los servicios y realmente es muy cómodo ya que sus habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con buen mobiliario. Recomendado ampliamente.
 Excellent option to rest and sleep with family or friends right in front of the beach a few meters from the seashore. It has all the services and is really very comfortable since its rooms are spacious and have good furniture. Widely recommended.

Nuestra habitación "Esmeralda" tenía como detalles el drenaje justo en la puerta del baño que hacía ruido cuando la pisas y salieron 2 cucharachas chiquititas y la bomba hace mucho ruido. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien. Los cuartos estaban amplios, con TV y cable, y agua caliente. GRACIAS
The place has an excellent location. Our room "Esmeralda" had as details the drainage right in the bathroom door that made noise when you step on it and 2 little spoonfuls came out and the pump makes a lot of noise. From there on out all very well. The rooms were spacious, with TV and cable, and hot water. THANKS

Precio de la renta muy caro.
Habitaciones con mucho ruido ,
Con un registro antes de entrar al baño ,que al entrar al baño lo pidas y hace ruido porque digo que es caro !! En septiembre, rentamos un departamento nuevecito en 1500 en una privada de 5 estrellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great place to stay while in Kino Bay. The apartment is modern and very lovely. Super clean and seems to be of brand new construction. Nice patios to sit and enjoy unobstructed view of the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Best of all is the service of Francisco Valdez, the owner. He's always smiling and runs to assist you anyway he can. We had a very, very nice time staying at the Condo.
