Terrible service. The wedding rings did not have them on time and that was 1 day after the delivery date. I will never return to this jewelry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé un anillo de plata para ajustarle la talla y cuando me lo entregaron tenía la piedra rota. Me pidieron mi teléfono para avisarme si encontraban una piedra para reemplazar la que me rompieron y me quedé esperando... Ah y además de todo, me cobraron el servicio adelantado.
I left a silver ring to adjust the size and when they gave it to me the stone was broken. They asked me for my phone number to let me know if they found a stone to replace the one they broke and I kept waiting ... Oh and besides everything, they charged me for the service in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la señora que atiende, después de separar y comprar una cruz de 1,100 pesos y unas arracadas de 1,00 y estar esperando afuera a que abriera, nos atendió alegando que abrió por la presión que habíamos hecho al haber estado esperando afuera. Otra persona realmente se molestó, no estuvimos ni siquiera tocando la puerta o el vidrio.
Pensaba comprar más aretes y cadenas ahí, pero definitivamente no volvemos.
Terrible attention from the lady who attends, after separating and buying a 1,100-peso cross and a 1.00-dollar earring and waiting outside for it to open, she attended us claiming that it opened because of the pressure we had done when we had been waiting outside. Another person really got upset, we weren't even knocking on the door or the glass.
I was thinking of buying more earrings and chains there, but we are definitely not coming back.
