Un lugar donde creen que pueden tratar mal a los clientes y no tener ni si quiera tantito respeto hacia nosotros como sus consumidores.
Lamentablemente todo fue más a hu$#: que porque realmente quisiéramos hacer trato con ellos para la toma de nuestra foto.
Inclusive su actitud toda prepotente del staff cuando nos fueron a tomar la foto, ni si quiera dejaron que nuestros padres pudieran tomar una foto para ellos en su celular y todo que porque según tenían el tiempo contado.
RIDICULOS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Presionan para los pagos argumentando que las tarifas cambiaran si no líquidas en una fecha determinada, sin haberlo establecido al momento de la contratación.
2) Cobran por todo. Almacenamiento o bien por ir a dejar el producto al cliente.
Si tu vas por el producto te tienes que ajustar a sus horarios y tiempos para recoger el producto.
3) La atención al recoger el paquete fue pésima, el señor que nos atendía se puso a discutir con nosotros y neciar respecto a nuestra opinión de su servicio. Se porto prepotente y no era receptivo a la retroalimentacion del cliente.
4) En cuanto a las fotos algunas estaban mal centradas o cortadas disparejo y a algunas le pusieron un filtro/luz extraños.

En cuanto a la foto los precios son muy accesibles, en tiempos de pandemia se tomaron todas las medidas de seguridad y fue muy rapida ls entrega, tienen variedad de diseños y colores.

Cambian las tarifas acordadas en un principio según por el vencimiento de folios, aparte de que no aceptan dejar el producto en un lugar cercano al cliente a menos que se les pague cierta cantidad por persona o en su defecto para el almacenaje de tus cuadeos igual te cobran. Te ofrecen cosas sin mencionar costo y al momento dw la entrega cobran demás y las en cuanto a las fotos, les ponen una marca de agua enorme según ellos como garantía y las fotos vienen mal cortadas o al final ni editan los detalles que tenga la imagen. Pésimo!!
