★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionado. Antes la atención y el servicio eran buenos con el amigo José. Hoy la atención es PESIMA y el servicio lentisimo y mal hecho. Justo hoy fui para ajustar el brazalete de un reloj como en varias ocasiones anteriores, y la atención de la señora que está en mostrador es NEFASTA. Mientras esperaba por mi reloj ví como un señor y su familia entraron al negocio, y ellos al hacerles una pregunta a esta IMPRESENTABLE "señora" sobre unos aretes, ella contesto de una manera insultante, descortés, poco amable, altanera, soberbia e irónica. Pareciera que no quiere vender y que ella es la clienta y uno el empleado. Si ella es la dueña pues que no se preocupe porque así como va pronto va a quebrar (el negocio). Por lo pronto mientras ella siga ahí metida jamás volveré a ir y le diré a todos mis conocidos que vayan a todas las joyerías menos a esta. A nada estuve de ir a la Profeco por Malos Tratos al cliente.
Very disappointed. Before the attention and service were good with the friend José. Today the attention is AWFUL and the service very slow and poorly done. Just today I went to adjust the bracelet of a watch as on several previous occasions, and the attention of the lady who is at the counter is DISAPPOINTING. While I was waiting for my watch I saw how a man and his family entered the business, and when they asked this UNPRESENTABLE "lady" a question about some earrings, she answered in an insulting, impolite, unkind, haughty, arrogant and ironic manner. It seems that she does not want to sell and that she is the client and you are the employee. If she is the owner, then don't worry because the way it is going, it will soon go bankrupt (the business). For now, as long as she's still stuck there, I'll never go again and I'll tell everyone I know to go to all the jewelry stores except this one. I was nothing to go to the Profeco for ill-treatment of the client.
