★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente mi experiencia no es muy agradable ya que el personal femenino que me atendio mostro falta de responsalibidad al no cumplir en un par de ocasiones en tener a tiempo una joyeria que necesitaba para un dia especifico y que solo era cuestion de recoger en otra sucursal la cual necesitaba para un regalo a mi esposa por nuestro aniversario ojala el dueño tome cartas en el asunto dando retroalimentacion a su personal.
 Unfortunately, my experience is not very pleasant because the female staff that attended me showed a lack of responsiblity in not meeting on a couple of occasions in time to have a jewelry that I needed for a specific day and that it was only a question of picking up at another branch. which I needed for a gift to my wife for our anniversary hopefully the owner will take action on the matter giving feedback to his staff.

I do not recommend this place, I took a ring to be repaired and they took gold from it. Because they polished it completely without my consent. I exposed my disagreement immediately and the employee did not solve anything for me.
