El señor que atiende dijo que fueron los de la compañía donde lo manda arreglar y no se hizo responsable. Además me hizo volver como 4 veces porque no estaba realizado el pedido. POR FAVOR NO VAYAN SI NO QUIEREN QUE LES ARRUINEN SUS PIEZAS DE JOYERÍA.
Terrible service. I wore a branded watch and it was scratched from the bottom without remedy and without justification. The man who answers said that it was the company where he ordered it to be fixed and he was not responsible. He also made me return as 4 times because the order was not made. PLEASE DO NOT GO IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE RUBBED ON YOUR JEWELRY PIECES.
