Teníamos años llendo a este lugar para reparaciones y hacian las cosas bien, tristemente ya no es como antes...Dejamos un reloj antiguo para arreglar, y lo tuvieron más de 2 meses alegando que estaban consiguiendo las piezas, al final nos comunicaron que no se podía arreglar. Cuando fuimos a recogerlo, le cambiaron las manecillas por unas baratas, le cambio la maquina, la carcaza, los tornillos, tooooodo!! Y cuando los enfrentamos, nunca admitieron robo, tan solo hicieron una llamada diciendo que era una equivocación y que entregaron una caja errónea, pero todas las piezas se cambiaron y nunca nos regresaron las originales!!! Son MENTIROSOS ya no son gente confiable.

We had years coming to this place for repairs and did things well, sadly it is not like before ... We left an old clock to fix, and they had more than 2 months claiming that they were getting the pieces, in the end they told us not to It could be fixed. When we went to pick it up, they changed the hands for a few cheap ones, I change the machine, the case, the screws, toooood !! And when we faced them, they never admitted robbery, they just made a call saying it was a mistake and they delivered a wrong box, but all the pieces were changed and they never returned the original ones !!! They are LITTLE and they are no longer reliable people.

Gente muy profesional y amable, El Sr. José Luis quien te recibe es muy amable y lo mejor honestos, me presupuestaron tal cual lo que me cobraron, sin misterios ni cambios de precios. Lleve un reloj de alta gama que nadie más dio con el daño y allí anda perfecto. La zona es tranquila y siempre hay un lugar para estacionar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un reloj a cambiar una pila , primero que todo servicio rápido y eficaz en esto , vamos a ver cuanto dura la pila (para comparar en base a lo que pague ).
También me retiraron 2 eslabones, recomiendo y es una de esas relojerías clásicas, la verdad sólo pongo 3 estrellas por el precio , pague un 50 más de lo que regularmente me hubieran cobrado , pero vamos a ver calidad de pila y bueno se vale probar.
