★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay que hacer cita, aunque sea antes de subir por la seguridad que manejan en el edificio, te dan muy buen trato pero hay que revisar bien el pedido y estar claros en todos los puntos porque no hacen cambios. Tardan un poco en entregar el producto, hay que ir con tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Cuando compramos los anillos en la expo nos dijeron q si nos lo entregaban con tiempo. Luego q no, y q eso si se habia mencionado el dia de la compra y que era nuestra culpa.Por Dios si no lo entregaban en la fecha q lo necesitabamos pues no los hubieramos comprado en primer lugar. Total, mi esposo se tuvo q casar con otro anillo. Y luego el anillo se astillo y q no tenia garantia y la srita q me atendio solo se dedicaba a decir que eso era culpa mia. Ni propuso alguna opcion para ayudarme. Nada. Pesimo servicio y calidad desde el inicio.
Very bad experience. When we bought the rings at the expo they told us if they would deliver it to us in time. Then no, and that if the day of the purchase had been mentioned and that it was our fault. By God if they did not deliver it on the date that we needed it because we would not have bought them in the first place. Overall, my husband had to marry another ring. And then the ring splintered and I had no guarantee and the lady who attended me was only dedicated to saying that it was my fault. Nor did he propose any option to help me. Nothing. Very poor service and quality from the start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su trabajo excelente, mis anillos de boda quedaron hermosos. Recomiendo ir con tiempo, al menos mes y medio antes, ese fue el tiempo que tardaron mis anillos (el grabado lo hacen en 10 minutos cuando te lo entregan). La atención muy buena, los recomiendo.
Your excellent work, my wedding rings were beautiful. I recommend going early, at least a month and a half before, that was the time it took for my rings (the engraving is done in 10 minutes when they deliver it to you). Very good attention, I recommend them.
