Terrible service, the employees lie, they made me a 14k chain and medal budget and they did not respect it and wanted to give me 10k for that budget that I have written by one of their employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, los empleados no son sinceros con los clientes y hacen los trabajos a medias. Quise arreglar una pulsera y me dijeron que era imposible y me le quitaron solo dos eslabones cuando necesitaba que me le quitaran cinco y me cobraron por eso. Hubiera preferido que me dijeran que no podían o que me lo podían hacer y volver en la semana. No volveré a esta Joyería.
Bad attention, the employees are not sincere with the customers and do the jobs by halves. I wanted to fix a bracelet and they told me it was impossible and they took only two links from me when I needed to take five and they charged me for that. I would have preferred that they told me they couldn't or that they could do it to me and come back in the week. I will not return to this jewelry store.
