Primero me atendió una muchacha medió burlona y grosera con lo que yo le estaba solicitando que era el cambio de un regalo el cual no use y ella burlonamente y se aferraron a que si, dijo nosotros no vendemos eso así y se reía sarcásticamente, cuando realmente yo no lo use. Jamás volveré a comprar tampoco me dieron el certificado de autenticidad. Pésimo servicio. (Justo le platiqué a mi cuñada y le paso algo peor en la misma sucursal, de muy muy mal gusto.)
