★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonita tienda y buen producto, pero por alguna razón no les gusta darle a uno las cajas de las pulseras, yo compré una promoción y regalaban un joyero, pero no me estaban dando la cajita de la pulsera dijo la muchacha que porque iba en el joyero pero yo nunca le solicité meter la en el joyero, y mi prima les solicito la cajita y se estaba haciendo la disimulada , hasta q insistió me la dio, y después dando unas bolsas muy pequeñas y me dijeron que solo tamaño pequeño tenían! Increíble, considero que a ese personal le tiene que dar clases de servicio al cliente porque si uno está comprando creo que le tienen que dar a uno el producto bien embalado y en buenas bolsas.... con esa actitud van a correr los clientes que son los que les compran sus productos! Tremenda oportunidad de mejora en Pandora de plaza Oasis.
 Nice store and good product, but for some reason they don't like to give one the bracelet boxes, I bought a promotion and they gave me a jewelry box, but they weren't giving me the bracelet box, the girl said because it was in the jewelry box but I never asked her to put it in the jewelry box, and my cousin asked them for the box and she was doing the concealed one, until she insisted she gave it to me, and then she gave some very small bags and they told me they only had a small size! Incredible, I think that you have to give these personnel customer service classes because if you are buying, I think they have to give you the product well packaged and in good bags ... with that attitude the customers who they are the ones who buy their products from them! Tremendous improvement opportunity in Pandora of Plaza Oasis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los empleados es muy mala. En comparación con otras tiendas en otros países que las personas te ayudan enseñándote modelos y cosas increíbles, aquí en la tienda de Oasis pareciera que quieren que te vayas lo antes posible.
The attention of the employees is very bad. Compared to other stores in other countries where people help you by showing you models and incredible things, here in the Oasis store it seems that they want you to leave as soon as possible.
