I love the brand, but today I had to go to the Perisur Branch to request a change and unfortunately the attitude of the "store manager" is terrible and very unpleasant, I am not stopping there again by mistake

The attention and the condition of the pieces are terrible and if you tell them that they are scratched they get upset, quite the opposite to other branches where the attention and care is excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion la de las 2 chicas que me trataron hoy.Quice limpiar mis joyas y luego me arrepenti porque no me dieron buena impresión.Cuando les dije que ya no lo queria me trataron remal.Esa es la peor sucursal de pandora.No conocian una de las piezas que llevaba yo en mi pulsera.¿Qué clase de gente sin experiencia ponen a trabajar en una marca de tal reputación?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in the the store to try to get info on how to fix my wife's Pandora's bracelet lock she had bought in Dubai in July. We were told immediately, they there was nothing they could do and did not even bother to look at the piece or even direct me to the right place. Buyers beware of going into that shop without a warranty. I was not asking for a free repair, I just wanted to solve a small problem. Anyway, very poor service, nothing like other Pandora's shops I have visited before. If you want to buy from Pandora's, please find another branch!!!
