Good Morning! I was in the Pandora store that is in the Acapulco Guerrero Mall and the seller showed me one of the necklaces and I ended up buying it (Pandora Chain Silver Sapphire Crystal 75cm floating silver medallion). When I got home, I saw several scratches in the jewelry and since the store was very far from where I was (about 5 hours driving) and decided to go to two stores, one in Metepec and another in Toluca, and both denied the exchange the neckless, claiming that it was misused and I have not even used the product and much less dropped the piece. The store from Toluca took pictures, they collected my e-mail and my phone, but no contacts were made. I am already in Brazil and I am outraged by the neglect and the way I was treated in both stores in Mexico and by the unfounded claim of the sales people. I work hard for my money and demand that the product to be exchanged for another one. If it were in any other jewelry store that respected the consumer, the exchange would have been made without major inconvenience to me and the store would have acted with greater respect to the consumer.
