La primera vez que fui a la tienda por un tema de devolución tuve que ponerme en un plan "pesado" para que me atendieran ya que me estaban negando la ayuda y poniendo pretextos.
Pero eso si para venderte son buenos y su trato cambia totalmente, podría decirse que hasta discriminatorio.
I had billing problems and they never fixed anything.
The first time I went to the store for a return issue I had to put myself on a "heavy" plan so that they would attend to me since they were denying me help and making excuses.
But that if they are good to sell you and their treatment changes completely, it could be said that it is even discriminatory.
