★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las empleadas de esta sucursal son pésimas, groseras y discriminan, mi sobrina fue a elegir un obsequio, y le preguntaron a qué iba, cuando les respondió a ver las joyas le negaron el acceso "por ser menor de edad"y le dijeron que si solo iba a ver, se quedará afuera viendo los aparadores o escaneara el código QR.
Que triste que tengan personas así en sus tiendas, ya que en general el servicio que brindan en otras sucursales son muy atentos y amables.
Jamás nos había tocado una experiencia de este tipo en PANDORA.
The employees of this branch are terrible, rude and discriminate, my niece went to choose a gift, and they asked her what it was for, when she told them to see the jewels they denied her access "because she was a minor" and told her yes he was just going to see, he will stay outside looking at the windows or he will scan the QR code.
How sad that they have people like this in their stores, since in general the service they provide in other branches is very attentive and friendly.
We had never had an experience of this type in PANDORA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hermana compro varios artículos al día siguiente que quiso llevar mi pulsera para que la limpiaran se negaron diciendo que no hacían ese servicio! Esto fue en Diciembre después el dia 31 fui a las 5:30 de la tarde y ya estaba cerrado con ellas adentro claro cerraron media hora antes para que nadie entrara súper groseras no vayan a esta sucursal tienen que tomar unos cursitos de atención al cliente. Repito no vayan!
My sister bought several items the next day she wanted to take my bracelet to have it cleaned they refused saying they don't do that service! This was in December, after the 31st I went at 5:30 in the afternoon and it was already closed with them inside, of course they closed half an hour before so that no one could enter, you are super rude, do not go to this branch, you have to take some customer service courses. I repeat do not go!

I was in the Pandora store that is in the Acapulco Guerrero Mall and the seller showed me one of the necklaces and I ended up buying it (Pandora Chain Silver Sapphire Crystal 75cm floating silver medallion).
When I got home, I saw several scratches in the jewelry and since the store was very far from where I was (about 5 hours driving) and decided to go to two stores, one in Metepec and another in Toluca, and both denied the exchange the neckless, claiming that it was misused and I have not even used the product and much less dropped the piece. The store from Toluca took pictures, they collected my e-mail and my phone, but no contacts were made.
I am already in Brazil and I am outraged by the neglect and the way I was treated in both stores in Mexico and by the unfounded claim of the sales people. I work hard for my money and demand that the product to be exchanged for another one.
If it were in any other jewelry store that respected the consumer, the exchange would have been made without major inconvenience to me and the store would have acted with greater respect to the consumer.

I asked them if they have a specific charm that they don't sale in California And the right away told me No. I asked if they can call the other Pandora stores to see if they have them and one of the lady's walked store the back and 10 seconds later she walked out and told me that they didn't have it. So I asked for the phone numbers to the other Pandora's and she said she couldn't give them to me. They obviously didn't try or care to sale. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!
