★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recientemente le compre un regalo a mi esposa (una pulsera de oro rosa), al momento de hacer la compra (no soy un experto) me entregaron la pulsera de un tamaño que no la pedi a pesar de haber llevado una pulsera de muestra. Me la entregaron en una caja que no correpondia (una pequeña cana plateada sin logo de pandora, sin bolsa limpiadora, sin fieltro) desgraciadamente por el apuro no puse la debida atencion.
Dias despues ya que no le quedo a mi esposa la pulsera acudimos a cambiar la pulsera dentro del plazo de tiempo adecuado. Llevando el ticket en mano asi como la factura lo primero que quisieron hacer fue regresarme el dinero ya que desconocian la poliza de devolucion (que porcierto viene escrita en el ticket de compra), les comente que deseaba que me cambiaran la pulsera, asintieron de mala gana, de nuevo de mala gana verificaron el tamaño de la pulsera y de nuevo de manera altanera me negaron un estuvhe adecuado para mi pulsera.
Somos clientes frecuentes de la tienda, no considero que nadie que compra un articulo de lujo de este tipo merezca ese tipo de trato de inicip y menos en caso de una devolucion.
Si compran en Pandora fijense bien que compran y exijan el servicio que merecen
I recently bought a gift for my wife (a rose gold bracelet), at the time of purchase (I am not an expert) they gave me the bracelet of a size that I did not ask for it despite having worn a sample bracelet. They gave it to me in a box that did not correspond (a small silver gray without Pandora logo, without cleaning bag, without felt), unfortunately because of the rush I did not pay due attention.
Days later, since my wife did not have the bracelet, we went to change the bracelet within the appropriate period of time. Taking the ticket in hand as well as the invoice, the first thing they wanted to do was return the money to me since they did not know the return policy (which by the way is written on the purchase receipt), I told them that I wanted them to change my bracelet, they nodded badly Win, again reluctantly they checked the size of the bracelet and again haughtily denied me a suitable fit for my bracelet.
We are frequent customers of the store, I do not consider that anyone who buys a luxury item of this type deserves that type of initial treatment and less in case of a return.
If you buy at Pandora, make sure you buy and demand the service you deserve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El joven que atiende ahí, el de estatura baja atiende súper mal, te apura en las compras y si no te decides guarda todo y atiende a la gente que parece que trae más dinero, solo le doy 3 estrellas porque la señorita que según es cuñada de el nos atendió muy bien porque nos quejamos pero nos llevamos muy mala experiencia, para eso mejor comprar en otro lado y no darles comisión
