★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPRAR EN ESTA TIENDA. Se me rompió un Charms y no quisieron buscarme en su sistema para hacerme valida la garantía, según que no manejan las mismas políticas que otras tiendas donde si te la hacen .
 DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE. I broke a Charms and they did not want to look for me in their system to validate the guarantee, according to that they do not handle the same policies as other stores where they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a shopping tour to this area specifically to visit pandora. Checked the hours online in advance and to our disappointment it was closed at 1:30pm (supposed daily hours are 10am-10pm). Came back 20 mins later wondering if maybe they were on their lunch, and saw that they had been in the store and rearranged some items/maybe counting inventory? But still was closed no one in sight. Came back again 2 hours later before we had to leave, still closed....Is this not a tourist shopping area? No notice as to why they were closed on the window or anything. Really disappointed. But guess we saved money... their loss.
