Se recibió un trato prepotente y hasta se burlaron, pésimo trato al cliente, no tienen personal capacitado y no se hacen responsables de sus trabajos. Muy mal, no los recomiendo para nada. We asked for wedding rings that turned out to be very expensive, and in spite of that they misjudged the size of the ring, they gave us rings that we did not have, and even when the error was theirs they wanted to charge us for adjusting them. They received a prepotent treatment and even mocked, bad treatment to the client, they do not have trained personnel and they are not responsible for their work. Hubo un problema con los anillos de la foto, fuimos un mes antes y nos dieron un precio con su respectivo descuento y hasta nos lo anotaron en su tarjeta para ir por esos anillos el día que quisiéramos comprar. Pasó solo un mes y cuando llegamos y pedí los de la tarjeta, resulta que ya habían re-etiquetado todo y que el modelo no correspondía con el precio o algo asi. Total que la chava que nos atendió no quería respetar eso, si no es por que un señor (me imagino que es el dueño) intervino y checo la foto de los anillos no nos hubieran respetado el precio. El señor se porto muy amable, pero las chicas que atienden ahí son muy cerradas y poco profesionales. Very beautiful rings and there are all kinds of prices and carats.
