★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company seems to be a bunch of fraudsters sitting there to cheat customers.
They gave me fake item and charged 4 times the price. They charged my credit card twice for $600.00 claiming that the card was declined for the first time. When I returned home and checked the bank statement, I found I have been cheated in a big way.
They claimed to be a government store. When I checked it after returning home, they have nothing to do with the government. They do not have a website or an email address, and they never pick up the phone.
Please beware of getting cheated and spoil your vacations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding. It was our first time in Mexico. And the place is mindblowing. We got picked up to go shopping to playa carmen. And then they had told us 5hat we where going to stop at a jewelry store, I wasn't quite sure how i would have liked it. And i was blown away, the staff is friendly. And willing to take their time with you. We had 2 salespeople
( Carlos and Jason) which are standouts..if you are visiting, i encourage you to see joyeria tura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a free tour that came with our excursions we booked at the hotel. All it ended up being was a wasted 2 hours of sales associates hovering over us and pressuring us to buy their silver jewelry. I would not recommend. Even after we gave in to buy some pieces they took over 30 minutes to get the items paid for. I was so upset. I was hungry & wanted to get to the city. These people are ruthless. They don’t take a friendly no thank you. If i said i wanted an anklet and they didn’t have it they tried to show us earrings. Like wth. Never again. Don’t waste your money or your time. You get a taxi to that city on your own save yourself the trouble. It’s all a ploy to get your money. We ended up only having 1 hour to explore the city because we missed the next bus thanks to being hounded to buy jewelry no one wanted to begin with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not go here and spend any money!!!! I purchased jewelry from here that broke and they won't even answer the phone. I contacted the tour agent who placed me in contact with the store operator and, upon explaining what happened and offering to pay any shipping/ancillary costs, he blocked my phone number. I can't express how unprofessional they have become after taking my money initially with the utmost professionalism - I was completely swindled looking back. Do. Not. Go. Here. To. Spend. Money.....look around, don't let them fast talk and leave with your better judgment. Don't wind up like me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Jason. He is very knowledgeable and fun! I believe the bad reviews that come from this store are for people who don't understand how tourism here works. They have a network and funnel business in. Thats how the people that we love so much here survive!!!

I don’t post reviews but it’s a frustrating feeling. The Best day travels make us sign a consent form to visit the place . I did sign it out of good faith. The thing they don’t tell you that it’s an isolated place with nothing else to do but to just stay and waste your time. The pick up bus is supposed to come in 45mins but it came after 1hr 30mins due to traffic.
Not a good experience!
