★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud, pregunté si se podía hacer algo respecto a un detalle en uno de los aretes que compré y sólo dijo que así venía montado. Mostré mi insatisfacción, ofreció devolverme el dinero y no dude en aceptarlo, dado que no ofreció ninguna otra opción, ni ganas de servicio.
Terrible attitude, I asked if something could be done about a detail in one of the earrings I bought and he only said that it was assembled that way. I showed my dissatisfaction, he offered to refund my money and he did not hesitate to accept it, since he did not offer any other option, or desire for service.
