★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos hicieron regresar cualquier cantidad de veces por nuestros anillos. Para el de compromiso no respetaron su política de que el primer ajuste es gratis, me cobraron $600 pesos. Para las argollas nos insistieron mucho que eligiéramos medio número más (estando nosotros seguros de nuestro numero), y efectivamente estuvieron mal las medidas que nos dieron. Después se equivocaron en el grabado de las argollas. Y por si fuera poco, nunca nos avisaron cuando las tuvieron listas. Mal servicio y definitivamente no volveríamos
They made us come back any number of times for our rings. For the commitment one they did not respect their policy that the first adjustment is free, they charged me $600 pesos. For the rings they insisted a lot that we choose half a number more (being sure of our number), and indeed the measurements they gave us were wrong. Then they made a mistake in the engraving of the rings. And as if that were not enough, they never told us when they had them ready. Poor service and we definitely wouldn't go back
