Excelente trato por parte de los trabajadores, mucha paciencia y excelente trato por parte de ellos. Definitivamente regresare para cuando necesite algo.

La verdad no les recomiendo comprar hay ya q mandamos mi anillo de matrimonio a grabar y la atención es pésima no anotaron todo lo q queríamos grabar y el grabado lo hicieron chueco sin más el joyero le rompió la mitad del diamante incrustado y venía super rayado mi anillo al final dijieron q me darían un anillo nuevo pero tengo q pagar 300pesos por pulir el q ellos echaron a perder cuando ellos no hacen bien su trabajo y se dice ser una marca de prestigio la vdd estoy muy inconforme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uffff No sé por dónde empezar, yo amo esta joyería de echo tengo bastantes piezas de ustedes pero, esta sucursal en especial esta pesimaaa cada vez tengo una peor impresión de ella.
Una actitud déspota de una trabajadora la primera vez, la segunda una chica me atendió muy de mala gana ya que interrumpí su amena charla con el policía, que por cierto cada vez que voy es lo mismo!.
Por lo anterior decidí ir a comprar una pieza en la sucursal de Parque antenas que está en la planta alta, el anillo no eras de mi talla así que lo mandaron a ampliar. Justamente hoy llamé a la sucursal y le pregunté si era la tienda que está en la planta alta, me contestó que no y me colgó.
De verdad durante todos estos años bizarro me a vuelto loca pero esto es intolerable.

A despotic attitude of a worker the first time, the second a girl attended me very reluctantly as I interrupted her pleasant chat with the police, which by the way every time I go is the same !.
Because of the above, I decided to go buy a piece at the Parque Antenas branch that is upstairs, the ring was not my size so they sent it to expand. Just today I called the branch and asked if it was the store that is on the top floor, he answered no and hung up on me.
For all these bizarre years I have really gone crazy but this is intolerable.
