★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un par de aretes y a la semana se le cayo una piedra, fui para resolver que lo instalaran o al menos me hicieran cambio de esa pieza pero su respuesta fue que tenia costo y no podian hacer cambio, que la nota de venta lo dice, no quise alegar mas problem pero la mayoria de las clausulas de la nota no son validas a una queja ante alguna autoridad. Ademas que al revisar en internet los aretes estaban mas economicos en Mercado libre con 1 mes de garantia, envio gratis, entre otras cosas.
I bought a pair of earrings and a week later a stone fell, I went to decide that they would install it or at least make a change of that piece but their answer was that it had a cost and they could not make change, that the sale note says, I did not want to allege more problem but most of the clauses of the note are not valid to a complaint before some authority. In addition, when checking the internet, the earrings were cheaper in the free market with 1 month of guarantee, free shipping, among other things.
