★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pregunté que si les enviaba el archivo en vector, pero me dijo que no, que en png se iba a ver bien. También les dije que si me podían recortar la imagen en forma redonda y me dijeron que si. Me pido pagar antes y al final la letra de la impresión no se distingue en lo absoluto. Le comenté que no quería las impresiones y que me regresara el dinero, pero me dijo que el problema fue el tipo de archivo, que ese era mi problema y que no me podía ayudar (siendo que fue lo primero que le dije cuando llegue). Me dijo que tenía 17 años trabajando y que yo era joven y que yo tendría que saber eso, que entonces no era su problema (aunque yo les pregunté desde antes). También me dijo que no hacían cortes de las etiquetas.
No los recomiendo en lo absoluto, la verdad son unos déspotas y nada profesionales. Al final no me quería dar mi nota, solo me la dio porque había más clientes ahí con el!!! Cuidado con lo que ellos les aconsejan y no den su dinero hasta que les muestre cómo va quedar, un día antes me mostró unas etiquetas totalmente diferentes a las que él me dio!!!
I asked them if they could send them the file in vector, but they said no, that in PNG it would look good. I also told them if they could cut the image round for me and they said yes. I ask myself to pay before and in the end the letter of the impression is not distinguished at all. I told him that I did not want the prints and that he would return the money, but he told me that the problem was the type of file, that that was my problem and that he could not help me (being that it was the first thing I told him when he arrived). He told me that he had been working for 17 years and that I was young and that I would have to know that, that then it was not his problem (although I asked them before). He also told me that they did not cut the labels.
I do not recommend them at all, the truth is they are despots and not professional. In the end he didn't want to give me my note, he only gave it to me because there were more clients there with him !!! Be careful what they advise you and do not give your money until I show you how it will look, a day before he showed me totally different labels from the ones he gave me !!!
