Terrible service, we took a package on Friday to Ciudad Guzmán, and they assured me that it would arrive on Saturday, on Monday it did not arrive, they told me that the person who attended me had misinformed me, but that it would arrive on Tuesday, but it did not arrive until Wednesday. ... lousy
