★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que abrió JT en calle Guadalupe, ofrecieron Carne Molida 80/100, 90/100 y 100% , la más costosa estaba en 100 pesos, pues, 2 meses después, ya la Carne bajó de Calidad (se pierde el color rojizo y se nota más rosada debido al aumento de grasa) y un aumento de 30% (130 pesos). Si bien es cierto que al comienzo usaron productos Ancla para rápidamente hacerse de Clientes, no es justo que le bajen la Calidad a su propia Marca Carnes JT, a futuro van a perder la Clientela y no la recuperarán jamás. Triste por JT.
Since JT opened on Guadalupe Street, they have offered 80/100, 90/100 and 100% Ground Beef, the most expensive was at 100 pesos, well, 2 months later, the Quality of the Meat dropped (the reddish color is lost and pinker note due to increased fat) and an increase of 30% (130 pesos). Although it is true that at the beginning they used Anchor products to quickly become Customers, it is not fair that they lower the Quality of their own Carnes JT Brand, in the future they will lose their Customers and will never recover it. Sad for JT.
