★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre azulejos de la marca Castel y me dijeron que el tiempo de entrega era de 15 días. pasando los 15 días fui a la tienda ya que no me hablaron y me dijeron que había llegado roto que en cuanto les llegara nuevamente me avisaban. Nunca contestaban las llamadas y cuando iba a la tienda no me sabían dar estatus de envio. Hasta despues de 2 meses me entregaron los azulejos.
Si van a comprar azulejo de la marca Castel recomiendo comprarlo en otro lugar, aquí el servicio y la atención a clientes son peor que malos.
I bought tiles from the Castel brand and they told me that the delivery time was 15 days. After 15 days I went to the store because they did not talk to me and told me that I had arrived broken that as soon as I arrived they would notify me again. They never answered the calls and when I went to the store they didn't know how to give me shipping status. Until after 2 months they gave me the tiles.
If you are going to buy Castel brand tile I recommend buying it elsewhere, here the service and customer service are worse than bad.
