+ Realmente es un lugar muy amplio y que por lo tal está desperdiciado es espacio.
+ Cuánta con algunos juegos infantiles que por el mismo abandono y falta de uso les hace falta mantenimiento.
+ Vas a reconocer el lugar fácilmente ya que en uno de sus extremos hay una avión real que ya no funciona y que igualmente está en el abandono.
+ A un lado del parque está la UNITEC y una estación del Mexibús.
