No quisieron cambiarme un papalote que acababa de comprar por otro ni por que el que quería era más caro y yo iba a comprar varias cosas más, fué muy desagradable experiencia, si vas a ir a esta tienda ve con la mentalidad de que una buena atención al cliente no es importante para ellos en lo absoluto
Terrible attention, a super attentive young salesman, but the one at the checkout was a disastrous jerk and a plump lady who was in charge the Sunday I went, very poorly, terrible. They did not want to exchange a kite that I had just bought for another one, nor because the one I wanted was more expensive and I was going to buy several more things, it was a very unpleasant experience, if you are going to go to this store, go with the mentality that good attention the customer is not important to them at all
